Allison Mears
With over ten years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, and records management, Allison Mears is a dynamic professional passionate about transforming complex legal processes into streamlined solutions. As a Consulting Associate at Construction Discovery Experts, she specializes in client onboarding, litigation holds, business records, and internal eDiscovery strategies.
Prior to joining Construction Discovery Experts, Allison was a Litigation Paralegal at Arcosa Inc. where she was the central resource for all litigation support functions and business record governance. Partnering with Arcosa’s IT eDiscovery Specialist, Allison helps unearth the electronic aspect of identifying, collecting, and producing electronically stored information (ESI) across the company’s multiple business units.
Allison’s expertise spans litigation support, subpoena processing, and ESI protocol development, working closely with outside counsel and legal teams to ensure efficient, defensible eDiscovery workflows. Prior to her current role, she honed her skills in the infrastructure sector, supporting corporate legal teams in litigation, compliance, and records retention.
Certified as a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS), Allison is dedicated to professional development and advancing legal technology adoption. She is also deeply involved in training clients on eDiscovery platforms, legal hold processes, and data collection best practices.
Beyond her career, Allison is a devoted wife and mother of three, an active volunteer, and an advocate for professional education. She enjoys mentoring, community service, and immersing herself in pop culture conventions, blending her enthusiasm for law and governance with creativity and leadership.
Adela Wekselblatt
Adela Wekselblatt is a seasoned legal operations and governance professional with extensive experience in the environmental services industry. As the Senior Director of Legal Operations & Governance at Veolia North America, she leverages her expertise in legal compliance, corporate governance, paralegal management, and corporate law to streamline legal functions and position the legal department as a key business partner.
With over two decades of experience in legal administration and governance, Adela previously held leadership roles at SUEZ North America, where she served as the Manager of Legal Administration and Corporate Governance and as a Senior Corporate Paralegal. Her career also includes legal assistant and paralegal roles at Shearman & Sterling LLP, Luskin, Stern & Eisler LLP, and Hannoch Weisman.
Beyond her corporate legal expertise, Adela is a dedicated nonprofit leader and advocate. She currently serves as the Vice President of Habitat for Humanity, Bergen County, where she applies her governance knowledge to support the organization’s mission of providing safe, affordable housing. Her passion for community engagement has also led her to develop corporate policies focused on community and political outreach.
Adela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Fordham University and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Adelphi University. An avid reader, she enjoys exploring independent bookstores in every city she visits.

George Socha
George Socha is the Senior is the Vice President of Brand Awareness at Reveal, where he promotes brand awareness, helps guide development of product roadmap and consults with customers on effective deployment of legal technology.
Named an “E-Discovery Trailblazer” by The American Lawyer, George has assisted corporate, law firm, and government clients with all facets of electronic discovery, including information governance, domestically and globally. He has served clients in a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, energy, retail, banking and technology, among others. As a renowned industry thought leader, he has authored more than 50 articles and spoken at more than 200 engagements across the world on a variety of e-discovery topics. His extensive knowledge has also been utilized more than 20 times to provide expert testimony.
Co-founder of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), a framework that outlines the standards for the recovery and discovery of digital data, and the Information Governance Reference Model (IGRM), a similar framework specific to information management, George is skilled at developing and implementing electronic discovery strategies and managing electronic discovery processes.
