In Johnson v. Sullivan , 2024 WL 4821680, at *5 (Apls. Ct. Md. Nov. 19, 2024)(unreported), the Court held that Appellants’ filing of a second amended complaint—which did not add any new claims—could not “resurrect” rights already “extinguished” by the sanctions order. This was an action alleging medical malpractice. The medical providers served discovery requests.
