Google Tells USPTO Proposed IPR Changes Would Stifle AI Innovation

On Thursday, Reuters reported that Google sent a letter to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) criticizing proposed rule changes that the tech firm believes will stifle U.S. innovation.
