The statute allows the parties to bring a special motion for expedited relief “[n]ot later than sixty days after a party is served with a complaint, cross-claim, counterclaim, third-party claim, or other pleading that asserts a cause of action[.]” 2d 230, 243, 541 P.3d 3d 403, review granted , 3 Wn.2d 2d 1001 (2024).
