Pseudoscience is based on subjectivity and intuition rather than objectivity and empiricism. Science is only meant to objectively test whether or not those intuitions hold up when put to the test. Attorneys may have preconceived notions about what makes a good juror generally and speaking and based on their own intuitive case theories.
