The circuit court ordered Mr. Etame to submit any objections, which he did, with some discovery responses. Benton filed suit, Hartley Hall propounded interrogatories and document requests. Bentons and (according to an affidavit) Ms. Etame to appear for deposition. Nguh moved for sanctions. He failed to comply.
