The prison physician (and named) defendant submitted an affidavit stating that "it [did] not matter what time of day [Plaintiff] receives his Zantac prescription. Plaintiff complained that this made his GERD worse, but the defendants filed a motion for summary judgment essentially arguing that the revised Zantac protocol was not problematic.
